About

I am a Registered Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist (RSME/T) with a background in neuromuscular therapy and rehabilitation. Today, my work centers on somatic therapy and education in private practice.My studies in Body-Mind Centering® have deeply influenced how I understand movement, anatomy, touch, and embodied awareness. Rather than following a single technique or formula, I draw from these areas of experience and adapt each session to the person and what they would like to explore.

Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are one-on-one somatic therapy and education, drawing on movement, touch, and embodied awareness.Depending on your needs and interests, a session may include Body-Mind Centering®, neuromuscular techniques, and other approaches.People come to sessions for many different reasons, whether acute or long-standing. I’m happy to talk through what you’re experiencing before we begin.

What to Expect

Sessions are collaborative and exploratory. We may work through movement, touch, or a combination of the two. You remain an active participant throughout. Hands-on work is always offered with your consent.

Rates

$150–$225 per hour, sliding scaleSessions may be longer than an hour.Suggested rate: $200 per hourPlease choose the rate that feels sustainable for you.

Location

In-home sessions in the East Bay. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Please get in touch to discuss availability.
